NURS 2315 - Leadership in Nursing Clinical

This course emphasizes development of leadership and management skills necessary in the practice of nursing. In the clinical setting, students have the opportunity to practice delegation, conflict management, promotion of quality and safety, and interpersonal collaboration as a member of the healthcare team.
