NURS 2310 - Leadership in Nursing

This course emphasizes development of leadership and management skills necessary in the practice of nursing. Ethical and legal issues encountered in the clinical setting are explored. Additional concepts covered are delegation, conflict management, role transition, promotion of quality and safety, adaptation to change, and interpersonal collaboration as a member of the healthcare team.
