NURS 1420 - Transition for the LPN to ADN This course provides an introduction to the philosophy, objectives and curriculum framework of the Associate Degree Nursing program and provides opportunities for the licensed practical nurse to begin to develop associate degree level nursing skills, including nursing process, motor skills, dosage calculation and the roles and functions of the Associate Degree Nurse.
