Description: This diploma will provide a closer look at the energy industry including some of the technical aspects of the operations of various types of power plants including fossil fuels, green energy generation and nuclear power.

• ENER 1100 - Energy Industry Fundamentals Credits: 3
• ENER 1235 - Technical Diagrams Credits: 2
• ENER 1250 - Emission Control Systems Credits: 2
• ENER 2102 - Nuclear Energy Credits: 2
• ENER 2130 - Green Energy Technologies Credits: 3
• PHYSICS - Any college level Physics course Credits: 3

Plus Any of the Following Courses

Plus any of the following courses to total a MINIMUM of 12 credits:

• ENER 2205 - Nuclear Power Plant Layout Credits: 3
• ENER 2220 - Reactor Plant Materials Credits: 2
• ENER 2240 - Reactor Safety Credits: 2
• ENER 2400 - Gas Turbines & HRSG Systems Credits: 2
• ENER 2500 - Biofuels Process Fundamentals Credits: 3
