NURS 2530 - Nursing Leadership and Transition to Practice

This course will prepare students for entry into practice as a registered nurse through leadership development. Strategies will be explored for managing conflict, maintaining professionalism, and patient advocacy. Professional development will be emphasized with a focus area of NCLEX-RN and licensure preparation. Students will develop an understanding of the quality improvement process.
