NURS 2320 - Preparing for Nursing Licensure

This seminar course provides a review of concepts required for the registered nurse licensure examination and entry into practice of professional nursing. Students gain an understanding of the role of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN) in developing and administering the registered nurse licensing examination. The course includes application of the NCSBN Registered Nurse test plan, assessment of knowledge deficits, and remediation.
