TRUK 1124 - Professional Truck Driver Training Driving Lab

This is an intensive training hands on course for tractor/trailer drivers. It includes, inspections, time logs, defensive driving and skill development in coupling and uncoupling, backing, shifting, and city and highway driving.

Prerequisite(s): Students must achieve an 80% or higher in TRUK1114. Students must have completed a Department of Transportation Physical Examination, have had Department of Transportation Pre-Employment Drug Screen, submitted a copy of their Motor Vehicle Record for the past three years and must have obtained a Class A Commercial Learner’s Permit to enroll in TRUK1124.
