Adaptation to the hospital environment and supervised clinical practice. Rotating shifts and assignments. Correlation of classroom theory with performance of basic radiographic procedures. Performance of venipuncture and vital signs. Active participation radiology department’s radiographic and fluoroscopic rooms with radiation safety practices. Competency evaluation of routine exams of the chest, upper extremity, shoulder girdle, lower extremity, pelvis, KUB. Introduction to GI and GU contrast studies.
