In this course, students will explore concepts related to physiological, psychological, and sociological aspects of patient care. This includes the concepts of family dynamics, sexuality, communication, coping, nutrition, elimination, cognition, clinical judgement, health promotion, development, safety, comfort, pharmacotherapy, and sensory perception.
