ANTH 1120 - General Anthropology Anthropology provides a framework for exploring and understanding past and present variations in the human experience. This course introduces students to the breadth of the anthropological perspective through a survey of its subfields of cultural anthropology, biological anthropology (human evolution and variation), archaeology, and linguistic anthropology.
